Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown Soma Hotel

Well-appointed units with an incredible view, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was placed in the central location really close to the trolley stop.

Views appeared to be not so great.

Functional hotel located in a central area right by Union Square on one side and Embarcadero on the other as well as the Financial District. Large and fashionable rooms with an amazing view. The location was incredible and the staff were accommodating.

Complimentary and plentiful breakfast with great varieties. Magnificent and amazing location a minute walk from Moscone Center. Terrific restaurant not too far away from the hotel. Overall a lovely stay for the holidays.

Neat rooms with a magnificent view of the bay. With coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator.

The room was spacious, but I was erroneously charged unexpected fees.

Many guests were loud during the night, and you could hear everything from the corridor and from the room next door. One night the people in the room next to our were particularly noisy, but when we called the reception they immediately intervened.

My Luggage was lost in transit from jfk to San Fran.I Was notified by the airline that is was due in San Fran at about 10pm.By 12:30am it had still not arrived so I went to the desk personally to indicate that it was on its way from the airport and I needed some notes in the bag urgently.Apparently the bag arrived at 3 am but I was not notified and as I had to leave at 6 am for an important meeting I was unprepared whn I left specific instructions to be notified when the bag arrived.The whole purpose of my stay was this important meeting and thaks to American Airlines and yourselves it was almost a wasted exercise.

From the moment of our (hassel-free) early check in until the moment we checked out, there was not one problem. Even when there was a wrong charge to our room, there were absolutely no problems resolving it.

Location was in proximity to a variety of shopping and sightseeing venues as well as enjoyable restaurants.

Fourth floor room was adjacent to roof mechanical unit which was noisy.

I liked supper friendly and really friendly employees!

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly & helpful and the room exceeded our expectations. Close to shopping & restaurants as well as other attractions.

Great location, great view out of a very large window, and service was very, very good! I also liked the complimentary apple cider in the lobby... delicious.

The daily parking fee seemed high, but then again, parking seems to be at a premium in San Francisco.

The house keeping is too early for me.

Views from our room were amazing, overlooking the skyline. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Excellent location close to public transport and restaurants. The lobby even had painting classes offered, a fun touch!

The Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The location was great and I really enjoyed staying there.

I order a "premiere King" room for extra money and the room, while very clean with a nice view, was very small. The water in the shower also did not hold a constant temperature, going from hot to cold.
